Snow Shovel & Salt Terms Of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("TOS") govern the use of snow shoveling and salting services provided by A Tier ("Service Provider"). By utilizing our services, you ("Client") agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

2. Service Description

Service Provider offers snow shoveling and salting services to maintain safety and accessibility during winter conditions. Our services aim to keep driveways and pathways clear from snow and ice.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

While Service Provider takes all necessary precautions and uses best practices to ensure safety and quality, the Client acknowledges that weather conditions can change rapidly and that residual ice or snow may still pose risks. Service Provider will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur on the property, whether during or after the provision of services.

4. Client Responsibility

The Client is responsible for exercising caution and due diligence when navigating on a property that has been serviced by the Service Provider. Even after our services, the Client should remain vigilant and ensure that pathways are safe for use. In winter conditions, additional ice formation can occur.

5. Service Guarantee

Service Provider will make every reasonable effort to provide timely and effective snow shoveling and salting services. However, the timing and effectiveness of the services may be subject to weather conditions and operational constraints.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract with written notice if the other party breaches its obligations.

7. Governing Law

This TOS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario.
